While we understand that some people enjoy watching trailers, others find them disruptive. For this reason, we’ve made it possible to turn off trailers if they aren’t your thing.
How to Turn Off Auto Play on Netflix
If you’re like me, you’re always on the lookout for ways to improve your Netflix experience. One way to do that is to turn off auto-play for trailers. Here’s how:
1. Open your Netflix account and go to your Profile.
2. Select Playback Settings from the menu.
3. Under Trailer Playback, select Never Autoplay Trailers.
4. Save your changes and enjoy your improved Netflix experience!
How To Turn Off Auto Play on Different Devices
To turn off auto-play on Netflix, simply follow these instructions:
For computers:
1. Log in to Netflix.com and hover over your profile name in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Select “Your Account” from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down to the “My Profile” section and click on “Playback Settings.”
4. Under “Auto Play,” select “Off.”
5. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page.
For TV devices:
1. Go to Netflix.com/ManageProfiles on your web browser and log in.
2. Select the profile you’d like to update.
3. Check or uncheck the option to autoplay the next episode in a series on all devices connected to your account.
4. Save changes by selecting Done or Update All Devices at the bottom of the page, then confirm by selecting Done again.
